Cyanotype prints are gorgeous and easy to make. Cyanotype is natural photography without a camera. You can create any design imaginable. Use objects such as leaves, flowers, toys, photographic negatives, hand drawn or computer images on transparencies to create inspiring prints.
Just place your chosen object on the ready-to-print material, set in the sun or in any UV light source for a few minutes, then rinse in water. Each print made is original.
The Cyanotype Store offers UV / sun-sensitized cottons, silks, watercolor paper, and kits for cyanotype printing. We use only 100% natural materials that can be toned to yellow, brown or lavender. The cyanotype process is non-toxic and archival.
